Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bromley London! We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer return and refund options under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility:

Items purchased from Bromley London may be eligible for return if the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unwashed condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be included.

  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

To initiate a return request, please contact our customer service team at info@bromley-london.com and include your order number.

Return Process:

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, our support team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

Customers must request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. Once return instructions are provided, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the returned item is shipped within the required timeframe.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return safely reaches us.

Bromley London is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or delayed during transit.

Refund Processing:

Once the returned item has been received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions outlined in this policy.

All returned items are inspected upon arrival before a refund is issued.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after receiving your order.

In such cases, we will assist you with a replacement or a full refund where applicable.

Order Cancellations:

Once an order has been placed, it immediately enters our processing system to ensure fast and efficient delivery.

If you wish to cancel your order after processing has begun, a 30% cancellation fee will apply to cover fulfilment, handling, and transaction costs already incurred.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team at info@bromley-london.com and include your order number.

Please note that once an order has been fully processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Sale Items:

Items purchased during a sale or promotional event are subject to different return conditions.

Sale items are not eligible for a full refund. Customers who wish to return a sale item may receive a refund equal to 15% of the original purchase price of the item.

If the return request is related to size or colour, customers may alternatively request an exchange depending on availability. Exchanges may be offered for a small processing and handling fee.

Some items may be marked as final sale or limited-time clearance. These items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
